The CTC Foundation modeled the National Strategic Water Reserve after the National Strategic Petroleum Reserve, established in California, which recognized oil as a national strategic resource. Water is our newest National Strategic Resource.

It is imperative that our nation creates a National Strategic Water Reserve that mirrors our National Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Water is our most strategic resource. We must act quickly to safeguard and replenish our reserves.
