Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) has become a nationally recognized leader committed to assisting government and industry achieve world-class competitiveness.   CTC has filled a unique niche in developing, optimizing, and applying leading-edge technologies and setting the standard for excellence in computing and communications, environment and energy, manufacturing and materials, and systems and software.

Expanding its vision for the future with a focus on the public good, CTC has created the CTC Foundation, a new 501(c)(3) entity dedicated to bringing the benefits of these advancements to an expanded, national constituency.

The CTC Foundation is an integral part of CTC’s vision, driving a future of bold innovations, employing CTC’s multifaceted capabilities, and pledging to provide a substantive, value-added improvement in the quality of life that will be felt nationally throughout communities, industry, and academia.

Using the depth of CTC’s experience, the CTC Foundation is committed to encouraging initiatives that focus on emerging local, national, and international marketplaces.   The Foundation will partner with single donors, industry-wide consortia, and other funding institutions to define specific areas of concentration and activity.

Key areas of initiative will include:

• Education and workforce training

• Environment and energy management

• Advances in information technology

• Manufacturing excellence

• Regional development.

The CTC Foundation will become a national platform, translating CTC’s unique technologies into meaningful, quality-of-life advancements.   The success of the Foundation’s efforts in addressing the immediate and long-term needs of governments, industries, and educational institutions will result in improved, more cost-effective, and environmentally safer products and services.

The CTC Foundation is a natural outgrowth of the commitment of CTC to boldly seek out and meet new challenges.   As a nonprofit entity dedicated to maintaining and enhancing competitiveness and leadership, the Foundation is uniquely positioned to make a very tangible, long-term difference.

Through a national, donor-driven endowment campaign, the CTC Foundation is dedicated to identifying, assessing, and solving problems that challenge industry and the quality of our goods and services.

The leadership of the CTC Foundation, therefore, invites the consideration and support of individuals and entities that share our dream for the future.

Options for Giving

In considering a commitment to the CTC Foundation, a donor may choose one of the following options:

• Allocations and grants from corporate operations and philanthropic organizations

• Gifts of cash

• Gifts of appreciated assets, enabling the donor to achieve maximum charitable impact while enjoying potential significant tax savings

• Establishing charitable remainder unitrusts or annuity trusts, charitable lead trusts, or other deferred giving instruments to ensure a long-term, predictable benefit to the donor and the Foundation

• Use of life insurance

• Testamentary giving
